As an artist educator I have taught film at Interlochen Center for the Arts, , Dillard University, Hampton University, and Virginia Union University. These diverse experiences have given me a polyvalent view of diversity, as it relates to the human experiences. I believe this awareness and understanding of underrepresented views are imperative for any organization to move forward.
